The word ‘stereotype’ gets thrown around a lot when we talk about women. However, many stereotypes attributed to women are positive – the only problem is that these positive qualities are often not associated with leadership. Until now. It’s time for every gender identity to bring stereotypically ‘feminine’ qualities to work, because our rapidly changing world depends on emotionally intelligent leadership.
